The mega event of the cricket has almost come to the end in terms of league matches and we have got three semi-finalists out of four. Australia, India, and England are the teams who have assured their place for the semi-finals of the Cricket World Cup 2019.
The fourth spot is almost assured by New Zealand national cricket team but there are still chances that Pakistan can make it to but for that Pakistan has to defeat Bangladesh by a huge margin and if Bangladesh will win the toss and opt to bat then automatically Pakistan team will be eliminated.
If Pakistan has to qualify for the semis then they have to score 400+ runs batting first and then they have to stop Bangladesh team before 84 runs, which seems to be impossible looking at the Bangladesh teams form currently.
It is more likely that the 1st semi-final will be played between Australia national cricket team vs New Zealand national cricket team as they will finish at the 1st and the 4th spot respectively.
The 2nd semi-final will be played between the two favourites to win this World Cup but as they will have to face each other in the semi-finals itself then only one team can make it to finals, either Indian national cricket team or England cricket team.
But the chances of changes are still there because if South Africa defeat Australia in the last league match of the World Cup 2019 and India will win the match against Sri Lanka in the 44th match then India will replace Australia in the above condition.
